Shipping Information:
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days from receipt of your order. You will receive an order confirmation email and another email when you order has been shipped. In cases when item(s) ordered are currently out of stock, you will be notified of anticipated delay in shipping. Depending on where it is shipped, you can expect your order to arrive 5-10 business days from the date of your order. If you need it quicker, please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate you.
In-town delivery is available for Glen Ellyn and the neighboring towns of Glendale Heights, Lombard and Wheaton.
Warm Weather Shipping Policy: During the summer months, we cannot guarantee that meltable condies and chocolates will arrive undamaged. Additional handling charges may apply if we feel that cold packs are necessary.
Cancellation, Refunds and Returns:
If you need to cancel an order prior to shipment, please send an email to contact@glenellynsweets.com. We will send out an email confirmation of your cancellation and your payment will be refunded.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will accept returns up to 7 days after receipt. Only unopened boxes and bags will be accepted. Before returning your order, please call us or your return will be denied. Please include your invoice with your return. Also include your credit card number, so that we may credit your account. All orders must be shipped via UPS or FEDEX so that they are traceable. We are unable to give refunds do to melting. Please see above for our warm weather shipping policy.
